Art Reach of Mid Michigan, in Mount Pleasant, Michigan, was founded twenty
five years ago by a small group of arts supporters who were interested in
creating broad-based financial support to encourage a better understanding
and enjoyment of the arts and arts programming in mid-Michigan . The efforts
of residents such as Evalyn Ashmore, Olga and Rollie Denison, Bart LaBelle,
Julia Daniels and Kay Smith laid the groundwork for what has grown into a vibrant organization.
