Sharpie permanent markers are a fun and versatile medium that can be used on fabric, paper, and more!
Students will learn a Sharpie art process that uses rubbing alcohol as a solvent to distribute ink through paper and across prepared canvas and tile. We will use this effect to create 3 unique artworks. Ability to draw not required. This project is all about color and creativity. Sharpie ink can create stains in clothing, so please dress for mess.
Class will be held 5:30 to 7:30 pm Wednesday, June 26, 2019, in the
Idonea Hersee Classroom, 111 E. Broadway, in Mt. Pleasant.
This class is open to students ages 10 and up.
