Young aspiring actors interested in learning more about the theater world are invited to join instructor Emily Tanner for this introductory course. Over a four week period, we will focus on developing a story through acting- from character to setting, and learn how to work with others on a stage. Class time will be spent on interactive games and script-based exercises, to make a fun, creative experience for all! No prior theater experience is necessary- this is truly a beginner-friendly course to jumpstart your child’s love for the stage.
This 4 week course will be held weekly from 4-5:30 pm on Tuesday, November 3-24, in the Idonea Hersee Classroom at Art Reach, 111 E. Broadway in Mount Pleasant.
Recommended age: 7-11
Note: We require a minimum of 4 students to run this course. Please share with other families and bring a friend!
Please note: An active membership is not required to register. Active members receive a 15% discount on classes. Select the appropriate option in the dropdown menu. Active memberships will be verified. Any outstanding balance will be due prior to the start of the class.
