Class Registration & Cancellation Policy

All classes must be registered and paid for at least 48 hours prior to the class start time. This advance notice allows us to determine if a class meets the minimum enrollment and ensures we have adequate time to prepare supplies.

Day-of registrations and walk-ins may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis—please call ahead to confirm availability.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Student cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit.

  2. Student cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class will receive a 50% credit toward a future Art Reach class.

  3. No refunds or credits will be issued once a class has begun.

  4. If a class is cancelled by Art Reach, a full refund will be provided.
