Class Registration & Cancellation Policy
All classes must be registered and paid for at least 48 hours prior to the class start time. This advance notice allows us to determine if a class meets the minimum enrollment and ensures we have adequate time to prepare supplies.
Day-of registrations and walk-ins may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis—please call ahead to confirm availability.
A 20% group discount is available to groups of 6 or more for 1 single class (not applicable to private parties or camps). Tuition for the group must be paid in one transaction. To utilize this discount, participant must call Art Reach and register by phone or in-person at the Art Reach gift shop.
Cancellation Policy
Student cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit.
Student cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class will receive a 50% credit toward a future Art Reach class.
No refunds or credits will be issued once a class has begun.
If a class is cancelled by Art Reach, a full refund will be provided.
