Learn to create loose, airy impressions of springtime with instructor Cheryl Meyer in this watercolor class. Over this 2-week course, you’ll recreate a garden scene in watercolors, capturing the vibrant hues that make the season a thrill for folks itching to move out of winter. Emphasis is placed on color mixing to capture the brightness of spring, and techniques will be instructed to create the relaxed, watery effect that makes watercolor so special.
This 2-week course will be held from 12:30-3 pm, on Thursdays, April 9 & 16, in the Idonea Hersee Classroom at Art Reach, 111 E. Broadway in Mount Pleasant.
Recommended age: 16 and up
