Build your watercolor skill set and get familiar with our beautiful downtown in this two-week course exploring the art of plein air with an urban twist. Instructor Cheryl Meyer will lead students in recreating the architecture and people of downtown Mt. Pleasant. Capture the angular edges of buildings and the fleeting images of people and pigeons. We will start with the basics at Art Reach, then explore the streets and alleyways for captured moments. All skills are welcome!
This 2-week course will be held from 6-8 pm on Tuesday, June 16 & 23, in the Idonea Hersee Classroom at Art Reach, 111 E. Broadway, Mt. Pleasant, MI. Select from the discounted full course or individual sessions.
Recommended age: 16 and up
