Emotional Support Stuffies (Week 1)

  • Art Reach of Mid Michigan 111 E. Broadway St Mt. Pleasant United States (map)

Create your own cozy companion with instructor Tanya Ehrsam. You’ll learn how to knit your very own soft and cuddly “stuffy” to provide comfort and support. Make a positivity pickle or a supportive spud. Whether you’re looking to de-stress, express your creativity, or make a heartfelt gift, this class combines the calming art of knitting with the joy of making a personalized, comforting plush friend. Basic knitting experience is required, as this class will teach knitting in the round. The following supplies are suggested: a set of 4 double-pointed knitting needles in size 6 or 8, yarn, and stitch markers. The pattern will be provided.

This workshop will be held from 2-4 pm, Monday, August 11 & 18, in the Idonea Hersee Classroom at 111 E. Broadway, Mount Pleasant, MI.
