Plein Air at the Greenhouse

  • Art Reach of Mid Michigan 111 E. Broadway St Mt. Pleasant United States (map)

If the chill in the air has you wishing for warmer days, get refreshed with a dose of greenery and painting. Cheryl Meyer will lead you through the art of watercolor painting “en plein air” at Central Michigan University’s Greenhouse, for a serene atmosphere of warmth and comfort. She will guide you in the best practices of watercolor painting while demonstrating how to capture the light and composition that makes plein air so special. Students should bring a camp chair, preferably with a cup holder. All painting supplies will be provided.
