Join us for a relaxed afternoon of creativity and be inspired by a beautiful selection of still-life objects—fruits, flowers, textures, and more by artist Matthew Grimmer. This workshop enables you to capture a unique, season-inspired still life through painting, drawing, or mixed media. The goal is to have fun, experiment, and let your creativity flow freely! This is intended to provide an open studio opportunity to get together with friends or like-minded artists. Students may bring their own art supplies, or Art Reach will provide a selection of media, including graphite, colored pencils, charcoal, acrylics, watercolors, and various papers.

This open studio will be held from 2-4:30 pm on Sunday, January 11, in the Idonea Hersee Classroom at Art Reach, 111 E. Broadway in Mount Pleasant.

Note: Pre-registration is required by 5 pm on January 9 for the open studio to run.

Recommended age: 16 and up
