Join instructor Cheryl Meyer and explore the possibilities of watercolor in capturing light in this two-week intensive workshop. You will be guided in creating a pastoral scene with moody storm clouds in the distance. Working from a photograph, instruction will focus on developing finer details in the landscape, enabling you to capture the stormy, atmospheric light and enhance the depth and realism of your paintings. Bring your creativity and leave with a beautiful piece of art that captures the essence of our pastoral landscape! This workshop is open to all experience levels.

This two-week class will be held from 5:30-8 pm on Monday, October 5 & 12 in the Idonea Hersee Classroom at Art Reach, 111 E. Broadway St. in Mt. Pleasant.

Recommended age: 16 and up
