Reimagine Van Gogh in mixed media with instructor Cheryl Meyer. Students will be guided in recreating Van Gogh’s early work, “Skull of a Skeleton with Burning Cigarette,” on black paper. Originally created in oil, you’ll render the image in watercolor, chalk pastels, and inks for a mixed media project just in time for the Halloween season. All skill levels are welcome.
This class will be held from 5:30-8 pm, Thursday, October 23, in the Idonea Hersee Classroom at Art Reach, 111 E. Broadway in Mount Pleasant
Recommended age: 16 and up
