Spring Puppetry Camp (Day 4)

  • Art Reach of Mid Michigan 111 E. Broadway St Mt. Pleasant United States (map)

Join Art Reach for an exploration of the art of puppetry with this week-long evening camp. Look beyond the simple sock puppet and delve into designing and crafting a moveable, expression-filled Snoof-style puppet, as well as creating a character with personality. Instructors Jon Morgan, Tonya Huber, and Bill Campbell have designed this camp to explore puppet craftsmanship, character development, physical puppetry skills, and theatrical & television performances, culminating in a final Puppet Pageant led by our cast of created characters and puppet host Sweetums. Families are invited to attend the final show to enjoy the talent and creativity of our students.
