Explore the world of printmaking in a simple, beginner-friendly format with foam relief. Led by instructor Annie Croft, artists of all ages can learn to manipulate foam boards for a relief technique that flips the switch on positive and negative space. Utilizing stylus tools, you can create patterns, textures, and create intricate designs by pivoting your mono-prints to create larger works, with no sharp cutting tools needed. The workshop is open to all ages and skill levels.
This workshop will be held from 5:30-7:30 pm on Thursday, March 19, in the Idonea Hersee Classroom at Art Reach, 111 E. Broadway St. in Mt. Pleasant.
Recommended age: 6 and up
